Cinque_Terre after-work loop

Starting from viale San Bartolomeo, heading round to Portovenere but branching off to the right to climb up to Campiglia, then on a track (sometimes steep and narrow) to Telegraph hill and on via a twin track to Volastra, where the route joins the coastal road along Cinque Terre (spectacular in the setting sun), returning through the long tunnel and down the fast winding road back to La Spezia.  Need an MTB and lights.  Can be done in 2.5 hours, more relaxed in 3.

The total climbing is maybe 400m less than indicated because bikemap does not understand the concept of tunnels.
