First 40KM will have a lot road traffic, advisable to start very early. After 40KM there will be a climb up to Genting Sempah, usually will drain most of the energy saved from the 40KM.

After Genting Sempah it will be an easy 30KM moderate downhill to Bentong town, there you can recharge your energy.

Last 35KM from Bentong to Raub will be mostly open rolling hills. According to the timing the sun shall be straight up and you will be sun tanned in no time without sun block lotion.
