    TRIGLAV AND ITS NORTH FACE. Some 200m from the parking place the road ends at Aljažev dom (1,015m). This is the starting point for mountaineering routes to Triglav, highest mountain in Slovenia. The North Face is one of the mightiest mountain walls in the Alps. Its great width (3km) and height (about 1000m) make a deep and special impression.

From the mountain hut Koča pri Peričniku, which offers refreshments, it takes 10-15min to reach the bottom of the falls, and you can walk behind the waterfall and admire it from an unusual direction!
