A quiet road trip into the mountains

This route, which as usual starts close to Vecindario hits some of GC's best moutain approaches within a few minutes and you're soon away from it all and in the hills.

Be sure to take time out (and maybe a change of footwear) to explore the awesome Barranco de las Vacas, with it's other-worldly ravine.

I do this on my mountain bike, which means I can cut a few corners, especially on that last stretch up to the Barranco, but this map is all on excellent road surfaces.
