06 - ITINERARIO MARE STORIA E NATURA - RADTOUR MEER, GESCHICHTE UND NATUR - ROUTE SEA, HISTORY AND NATURE: Grado - Valle Cavanata - Caneo - Aquileia - Grado

Acqua di mare e di laguna si alternano a una campagna caratterizzata da filari di vigne e aziende agricole. Grazie alla FVG2 si raggiunge comodamente il centro visite della Valle Cavanata, percorso fino a qui adatto anche a famiglie con bambini. Si prosegue poi verso il borgo di pescatori di Punta Sdobba dove è possibile fermarsi ad ammirare l’Isonzo presso l’osservatorio del Caneo. Tra campi, vigneti e canali si giunge prima a Fiumicello e poi ad Aquileia dove è possibile ammirare la Basilica con i suoi ineguagliabili mosaici. Si rientra a Grado lungo la Ciclovia Alpe Adria. Ciascun ciclista pedala sotto la propria esclusiva responsabilità e a proprio rischio e pericolo.

GIORNO/PERIODO CONSIGLIATO: autunno e primavera per la presenza di numerose specie di uccelli.

Meer- und Lagunenwasser wechseln sich mit der durch Weingärten und Landwirtschaftsbetrieben gekennzeichneten Landschaft ab. Über den Radweg FVG2 ist das Besucherzentrum der Valle Cavanata gut zu erreichen. Bis zu diesem Punkt ist die Strecke auch für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Anschließend geht es weiter zum Fischerdorf Punta Sdobba, wo man einen Halt einlegen und von dem Observatorium von Caneo aus den Isonzo bewundern kann. An Feldern, Weingärten und Kanälen vorbeifahrend kommt man zunächst nach Fiumicello, und dann nach Aquileia, wo man die Basilika mit seinen einmaligen Mosaiken bestaunen kann. Zurück nach Grado fährt man über den Alpe Adria Radweg. Jeder Radfahrer radelt auf eigene Verantwortung und auf eigenes Risiko.

EMPFOHLENER TAG/ZEITRAUM: Herbst und Frühling aufgrund der zahlreichen vor Ort anwesenden Vogelarten.

Sea and lagoon water give space to a countryside characterised by vineyards and farms. Thanks to the FVG2 you can easily reach the Valle Cavanata visitor centre, a route that is also suitable for families with children. You then continue to the fishing village of Punta Sdobba where you can stop to admire the Isonzo River at the Caneo observatory. Among fields, vineyards and canals you first reach Fiumicello and then Aquileia where you can admire the Basilica with its incomparable mosaics. You return to Grado along the Alpe Adria cycle route. Each cyclist rides under his or her own responsibility and at his or her own risk.
