Karaha Crater to Telaga Bodas Crater

Held on Dec 26 2009, twelve cyclist enjoy the epic ride through beautiful natural forest inside the Rejuvenated Geothermal Site. Start from Kadipaten 780 mdpl @ Malongbong - Tasikmalaya province way, uphill to Telaga Bodas 1730 mdpl within 24 km. While the weather clear at morning, misty at the afternoon and the rain falls before reach the White Lake .Due to heat acccident on my legs on Telaga Bodas, this adventure must re-routed to Wanajaya for my evacuation as the original plan should down to Sukaratu Tasik. Back to the ground 717 mdpl in 16 km down hill on bad rocks road @ late afternoon heavy rain to Wanajaya Street (Garut residence). After the medical threatment, all team continue the trip to Cipanas base as planned for second day Galunggung exploration.It's a great high degrees adventure for cikarangMTB.
