Nayoro à vélo

名寄から名母トンネルを経由して朱鞠内湖の東側へ。 そこから南下して風連経由で帰ります。 ヒルクライムのあとの下りが気持ちいい！ でも朱鞠内にはお店がないうえ、朱鞠内湖畔にも意外とアップダウンがあるのでへたると大変です。エネルギーと水の補給はちゃんとしておきましょう。

Starting and ending at Sunpillar Park, this 160km course climbs up through the Meibo tunnel then Bifuka Pass, descending into Bifuka town. It then follows a gentle climb to Niuppu before ascending the Bifuka-Matsuyama Pass. A long descent ends at the junction with highway 60, where the course becomes a steep climb of the Horonaigoshi Pass. After a long descent into Shimokawa that follows the Sanru river, a short climb past Sakakuyama leads to Furen-Nisshin, from where the course turns to loop around Furen Bokodai. It then passes through Furen town proper before turning north to cross the Teshio River, which it then follows back to Nayoro, meeting up with the outgoing course. The final kilometer or so follows the same route back to the start. 

風により帰りが大変かもしれません。 基本的には平坦な道なのですけどね。 行きはヨイヨイ帰りは怖い・・・ ということもありますよ～
