This route stretches a little over 56 km and will take you from Tainan’s bustling streets—famous for their temples, night markets, and rich heritage—into the peaceful hills that make Yujing a popular spot for mango lovers.

You’ll head out of the city on a mix of access roads and bike paths, picking up some elevation (almost 600 meters!) as you pedal your way north-east. The scenery shifts from urban bustle to lush fields and fruit orchards, especially as you close in on Yujing. Most of the surface is unidentified, but there’s a good chunk of paved and asphalt roads, with just a touch of paving stones.
