You’ll leave the city buzz behind and roll through a mix of quiet roads and cycling paths, with very little time spent on busy roads. Expect a healthy climb (over 770 meters of ascent!), so get ready for some solid hill work as you cross lush countryside and gentle hills. With a max elevation just shy of 400 meters, you’ll be rewarded with sweeping views along the way.

Most of the roads are paved, so the ride should be smooth, though a bit of surface variety keeps things interesting. The approach into Daxi is a treat—take time to explore Daxi Old Street with its colorful facades and grab some local snacks.
