This ride takes you from the Alpine village of Flattach to the lively city of Villach—a real adventure through Carinthia’s gorgeous landscapes! Starting in Flattach, a town famous for its proximity to the stunning Mölltal Glacier (it’s the highest glacier in Carinthia), you’ll roll through quiet roads, charming hamlets, and green valleys.

The route covers about 87 km, so get ready for a day in the saddle. Expect some climbing (just over 1,000 meters) and plenty of enjoyable descents as you head south. About half the surfaces are paved, while the rest shift between gravel and mixed, so a gravel or hybrid bike will be your friend.

Villach greets you at the end—this vibrant city is perched along the Drau River and is packed with history, cozy cafés, and a lively atmosphere.
