Excursion à vélo d’une journée de Barth à Zingst

Hop on your bike for a scenic journey from Barth to Zingst—two charming towns on Germany’s Baltic Sea coast! Start your ride in Barth, a picturesque spot with a lovely harbor, historic town center, and roots going back to the Middle Ages. Leaving Barth, the route takes you through flat coastal landscapes and alongside fields, with a mix of paved paths (mostly asphalt) and stretches of gravel and paving stones for a little variety under your wheels.

Expect to spend most of your time rolling along peaceful paths and quiet roads—so it’s perfect for a relaxed day out. You’ll experience gentle ascents and descents, but nothing steep—max elevation is just over 19 meters, so it’s mostly smooth sailing.

The trip ends in Zingst, right on the tip of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, famous for its broad sandy beaches and nature reserves.
