Excursion à vélo d’une journée de Marianka à Svätý Jur

This route takes you from the peaceful pilgrimage village of Marianka—one of Slovakia’s oldest Marian shrines nestled at the base of the Little Carpathians—to the historic wine town of Svätý Jur. The ride is around 20 km long, weaving through a mix of mostly paved and quiet roads, with some gravel for that little bit of adventure.

Expect rolling ascents and descents—the highest point tops out at about 560 meters, so you'll get a decent workout (climbing over 540 meters!). The route hugs forested hills and sweeps past vineyards, offering great views over Bratislava and the surrounding countryside.
