Start right in the heart of Brno, South Moravia’s lively second city (and the historical capital of Moravia), then pedal northeast towards Bílovice nad Svitavou. The route is almost entirely on paved surfaces—smooth asphalt for the most part, with the occasional patch of paving stones—so your journey should be pretty comfortable.

Much of the ride takes you along quiet roads and official cycleways, threading you out of the urban buzz and into tranquil, leafy surroundings. There’s a bit of climbing (you’ll notch up just over 270 meters of ascent), but the rewarding downhill sections will have you grinning. As you roll into Bílovice nad Svitavou, you’ll find yourself at the edge of the Moravian Karst, famous for its caves, lush forests, and hiking trails. It’s the perfect spot to relax, explore, or turn around and enjoy the return journey!
