The route has its ups and downs (expect around 512m of climbing in total), but most of it sticks below 80m elevation, so you’ll get a good workout without any major mountains.

You’ll cover a mix of surfaces: about 80% is either paved or asphalt, but keep an eye out for gravel and unpaved stretches, especially through quiet country roads and scenic tracks.
