Set out from the glamorous seaside resort of Portorož and ride to the charming old town of Piran—it’s a perfect little coastal adventure! This route is just over 7 km and mostly sticks to quiet paved roads, with a sprinkle of cobblestone to keep things interesting (true Mediterranean style!).

Leaving behind the palm-fringed promenades of Portorož, you’ll tackle a couple of short climbs (nothing too wild, but enough to get your legs working), and you’ll be rewarded with lovely sea views along the way. The path is peaceful, taking you away from busy traffic, and you’ll even roll past some classic Slovenian houses and lush greenery.

Arriving in Piran feels like stepping into a postcard: think narrow alleys, Venetian architecture, and Tartini Square buzzing with life. It’s a small place packed with history—don’t skip a wander to the town walls for a panoramic view of the Adriatic!
