The surface is a bit of a mix, with some stretches missing pavement and a portion unpaved or gravel, so wider tires or a sturdy hybrid bike will keep things comfy. Once you reach Jaboatão, don’t miss a stroll along the Guararapes National Park, famous as the site of historic battles and great for post-ride relaxation.
