Tura Bike circuit Rodnei 1

A MTB tour in Rondei Mountains, ~ 60km, but quite hardcore.

First 20km on asphalt, just to warm up.

Next, crossing "Izvorul albastru al Izei", 10km of forest road up to 1200m, "Pasul Pietrii" saddle.

From there, another forest road up to Batrana plateau, 1700m high, very steep climb - push bike.. Take water from the forest!

Then, quite OK going slowly up to "Tarnita la Cruce" saddle, ~ 2.000m.

From there, heading down to Buhaescu / Repede valley - not a road, but a hard steep footpath.

The descent was on really hard and steep foot trail, even going nearby the bike was difficult, quite often had to carry the bike on my back...  but at least going down.. later, down in the valley, was necessary to go through the water, no trail, no road...
