Tour of the Kingdom 140k route

Follows the 73k TOKR route to east end of Loch Leven, then to Scotlandwell, Kinnesswood, Wester Balgedie, right onto Dryside Road to Strathmiglo, Falkland, Freuchie, across A914 and uphill (!) to left turn for Burnturk at Drummy Wood, Cults, Craigrothie, Ceres and turn right at Pitscottie, Peat Inn, Largoward, Kilconquhar, right at A917, left at Balchrystie, Upper Largo, Lundin Links, Scoonie roundabout, Windygates roundabout, A915 and left turn at Cameron, right at Muiredge for East Wemyss, Coaltown, Dysart, Ravenscraig, Kirkcaldy Esplanade, Linktown, Invertiel, left onto Jawbane Road and then route identical to shorter TOKR route.
