If you fly to Agadir airport, try to get a hotel in Ait Meloul. Taxi will bring you there with bicycles for less 300 DH. From Biougra it becomes interresting. After Ait Baha serious climbing is coming in. Short after Izourgane you will find a guest house in an ancient kasbah. www.tizourgane-kasbah.com Not cheap but very charming and comfortable. The hosts are extremely friendly and the food is Morroco's best. From there to Tafraoute is an astonishing trip. We stayed in hotel Salama. Very nice and charming and not to expensive. skip the expensive and unpleasant hotel at Col de Kerdous. Just take the descent to Tiznit and pick one of the cheaper hotels overthere. From there it is a pleasant trip to the campsite of Sidi-Ouassai where they serve tajin at your tent!   In one of the unnamed villages you have to take the new road along the river. There is a sign that points to Sidi-Bouasomething. Ask if you're not sure. The worst possible scenario to get to Agadir is by N1. Crossing the national parc de Souss-Massa should be a better option but you need to have some time to search your way. The N1 is extremely dangerous.
