Leave Casa Figus and head out on the back road towards Fluminimaggiore. Go thru the village and grab a coffe in the square (on your left) just before you leave town. Head up the climb towards Sant Angelo and then down a fantastic swooping descent towards the reseviors before Iglesias.

Take a left just beofre Iglesias and head out towards the the coast. There is a short (5 minute) section on the main road so be careful and then take a hard right follwing signs towards Nebida. In Nebida therre is a square on the left which has a Sorgente (water tap) at the back left as you face the square and a bar on the right - you will have to look hard ot find either of them but they are there! Grab anothyer coffe and get some water before you hit the tortuous climb up from Masua. Yes it really does get to 13% - but not for long.

Then it is pretty much down hill all the way home. Another fantastis swerving decent towards Buggerru - thought you might want to stop off and have a look or a swim or even some well desevred food at Cala Domestica (signed on the left - 3 minute detour). Then home thru Buggerru and along the beach toward Portixeddu and bakc to the pool to cool off!
