From Boscastle YH to Exeter YH pretty good route using the old A30 so nice and quiet. Watch out for six mile hill near the end the graph does not I am sure include this.

Made our way through the Wye valley beautiful and takes in a nice stop at Tintern Abbey. A little hilly around Monmouth but no ral problems with a great ride into Hereford and beyond to Ludlow

I have marked it hilly when in fact it isn't. it is a steady grind from Rock to Boscastle that is worth all the effort as it is such a beautiful place Stayed at the YH at the very edge of the harbour
