Barking in bici

This follows the route (as far as it's possible to identify route from the TfL information available at 28 July 2010) of the Barclays Cycle Superhighway CS3 (one more existings and another 10 are to be opened).  These are coloured blue and are meant to be straightforward to follow and use, with cycle parking at regular intervals. (cloned from route 616760)
