Set out from the quaint village of Elmwood and head north on the well-trodden path, which gently climbs around ten kilometres. The route begins in the town of Elmsford and takes riders through the rolling countryside to the village of Ashwood. The route climbs gently through the countryside, with a maximum elevation of roughly 68 metres. It then descends into Ashwood village, where riders can stop for refreshments.
