Takes you up through Keizer to the WHeatland corssing of the Willamette River (free for bikes).  Nice rolling hills on the return ride amidst farmland and vineyards. Water and restroom stop at Maud Williamson Park (just after the ferry going counterclockwise on route).

Great ride out of Salem and through the Eola Hills to its west.  Vineyards and farmlands abound, and the rolling hills can be fun. Water and rest stop at Maud Williamson State Recreation Site.

More warmup mileage than Hill Training I, with an additional hill in the beginning and one less at the end.

Gentle hills south and east of Salem. Good ride for intermediate cyclists - some auto traffic, decent shoulders (or unbusy stretches), and round-trip from downtown Salem.
