Loop that takes in Cheesefoot Head and back via St Catherine's Hill.

The Culver Trail - from Bembridge village down the hill past Bembridge Windmill to the Airport - up Culver Down and then following the Coastal Path back to Bembridge.

A relatively flat, but in parts tricky route around Bembridge Harbour and Brading Marshes. The section at the bottom of the hill past the Windmill is always a bit rutted and tricky. The hill up from Brading is steep. The causeway at the Duver is narrow and needs a dismount at a couple of points.
