nice ride on coast to vines trail -mostly off road dedicated cycle path.  Mostly in ok condition - a couple of road crossings are a pain -especually at south road at hackham.  Too bad bikemap doesnt pick up trail which follows old railway line and is therefore pretty evenly graded.  Temporary diversion at seaford due to rail extension is a real pain and pretty poor job too.

Join the Expressway veloway at Young Street, travel down to the end of this track, crossing Marion road, and joining a bike track called the River Sturt Linear Park track, follow this tack through, heading northwards towards Oaklands Park.  At Oaklands Park, travel on Murray Terrance for a short distance.  Briefly join the bike track again, before travelling along Addison Road towards the coast.  Join Brighton Road, turn onto Jetty Road, and take the Esplanade as far as Wheatland Street.  Travel along Kauri Parade, join Newland Avenue, and onto the Cove Road at Marino.  Travel along the Coast to Vines bike track, following this track through Hallett Cove, through Sheidow Park, Alongside Panalatinga Road and leave it at States Road, returning to the shop.

Expressway Bike Track to Darlington, Along Seacombe Road, Marino, Along Cove Road, on towards Lonsdale, up Mt M.F   Back on Sherrifs Road, Rejoin Southern Expressway, Sharp right - come off at Oxford Street, onto The Strand and return to Shop.

Cox's Hill, Down into Clarendon, Back up to Chandlers hill, Main Road, Black Road, Back down Manning Road, Happy Valley Drive, onto Reynell Road, return to shop. Shorter group - don't go down climb into Clarendon, just cut across top.
