Über diese Route

A good ride for a hot day as most of the climb is shaded at least partially by trees. The route takes you through the villages of Garulla Inferiore and Superiore (rifugio here) and then on better asphalt to the gravel road of passo ventoso. This is mostly tree lined but there is a break allowing you fantastic views over Sarnano and its environs. At the Pintura you can stop for a coffee break and then along tthe road to the Pintura di Ragnolo with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. At Ragnolo it is a steep downhill road back to Sarnano.
