Cycling day trip from Pasing to Starnberg

This scenic cycling route starts in Pasing, a lively district on the western edge of Munich known for its shopping, parks, and easy-going atmosphere. From there, you'll pedal south for about 24 km, mostly on peaceful roads and smooth asphalt paths, making for a relaxing ride. The route gently climbs a total of 230 meters, but it rewards you with lovely rolling countryside views as you head towards the foothills.

The journey ends in Starnberg, a charming lakeside town famous for its stunning Lake Starnberg. This spot is a favorite weekend getaway for Munich locals, offering waterfront cafés and impressive views of the Alps on clear days.

Most of your ride uses quiet roads and well-maintained paths, with almost no busy streets to worry about. Expect about two and a half hours on the bike (at a comfortable pace), with plenty of fresh air and photo ops.
