By bicycle from Blackheath to London

Set out from the leafy heights of Blackheath—famous for its wide open spaces and village vibes—and cruise your way into the heart of London. This route is about 16.5 kilometers, so it's the perfect weekday ride if you’re commuting or just fancy a low-key adventure.

You'll mostly be rolling on smooth asphalt and dedicated cycleways, which helps keep things relaxed and safe, especially as you close in on the city. Most of the ride is pretty flat, with just enough up and down (around 70 meters each way) to keep it interesting without being a grind.
