Der Lahnparklauf bietet in der Regel 4 Distanzen. Der 30er heißt "REWE Sascha Georg Lauf" Die Strecken sind flach und schnell und gehen entlang des Radweges R6 zwischen Wetzlar und Gießen. Wendepunkt ist nahe der Lahnbrücke, über die die Heuchelheimer Straße führt. Von dort geht es auf gleicher Strecke zurück nach Wetzlar-Niedergirmes.
