About This Route

Die Straße über den Wurzenpass (1.073) verbindet Villach in Kärnten mit dem oberen Savetal um Kranjska Gora. Wenn man vom Loiblpass (1.068) spricht, meint man den Loibl-Tunnel, an dessen Nordportal der höchste Streckenpunkt liegt. Die Durchfahrt ist für Fahrräder nicht verboten. 600 Meter vor dem Tunnel zweigt in einer Kehre die nur noch spärlich asphaltierte und sehr steile alte Passstraße ab.
