About This Route

Velja za eno najtežjih krajših gorskokolesarskih tur, predvsem zaradi naklona cestišča (20% - 30%), velike relativne nadmorske višine in grobega asfalta (kjer ni cestišče betonirano). Obvezna čelada in dobre zavore. Priporočam tudi MTB široke gume in dobro vzmetenje za spust.

Dostop:

Iz želeniške postaje Most na Soči se odpeljemo skozi Tolmin v Zatolmin. Pri gostilni krenemo na križišču naravnost v strmino skozi vasico, kjer nas na koncu vasi vas pozdravi res strma betonska cesta. Potem v gozdu samo navzgor, strma cesta ne popusti do nadmorske višine cca. 1000m. Od tod do planine Sleme in spominskega obeležja je še slabo uro vožnje.
