About This Route

Rundfahrt zu den drei großen Quellen des Sauerlandes. Bis Bad Laasphe relativ flach und weitgehend asphaltiert, danach bis zur Lahnquelle unbefestigte Waldwege.

Zwischen den Quellen wieder Asphalt, ab der Ederquelle auf dem Rothaarsteig teilweise über Stock und Stein nach Erndtebrück. Je nach Kondition und Zeit kann ab dort mit der RB 94 zurück zum Start gefahren werden.

Der Abschnitt Bad Laasphe - Erndtebrück erfordert ein gefedertes Trekkingbike oder Mountainbike, Rennräder kommen hier nicht weiter.
