About This Route

Im weiten Bogen über Redwitz, Mitwitz, Neustadt bei Coburg nach Effelder in Thüringen. Ab Grümpen entlang der ICE-Neubaustrecke »VDE 8.1« nach Süden: Grümpental- und Froschgrundseebrücken mit jeweils 270 m weitem Bogen, »Soda-Brücke« im Itztal, Tunnel zwischen Neuhof und Rohrbach. Ab Grub am Forst über selbigen nach Buch und zurück nach Lichtenfels. Leider entfallen so die Füllbachbrücke und die Talbrücke Weißenbrunn am Forst.

Mittagseinkehr im »Weißen Bären« in Neustadt bei Coburg, Kaffeepause in Rödental und am Marktplatz Lichtenfels ein Yoghurt/Nuss-Eis.
