Circuito da mezza giornata.

Traffico sostenuto sulla SP233.

Da Valganna a Ferrera paesaggio bucolico e traffico inesistente. Discesa divertente tra Bedero e Masciago Primo (occhio se affrontate in senso inverso!)

Da Mesenzana a Luino consigliabile la ciclabile in cemento affianco al fiume.

Salita per Montegrino consistente ma breve (circa 3km). Da Montegrino a Bosco e a Grantola forte discesa.

Da Grantola il traffico auto è alto e fastidioso nel tratto in salita -in previsione una variante che da Bosco Valtravaglia passi da Castendallo - Cugliate.

Rientro a Varese sempre sulla Sp233

 

In senso inverso il percorso risulta decisamente più impegnativo (salite per Montegrino e Bedero Valcuvia)
