Vom Parkplatz bei Hausen geht es über ein Viadukt und durch zwei Eisenbahntunnel nach Polch.An der Gabelung links bis zum Ende in Ochtendung.Zurück nach Polch und geradeaus bis zum Ende nach Münstermeifeld.Zurück über Polch nach Hausen.Strecke läßt sich beliebig kürzen.Alles ist flach,leichte Steigung (2%) nach Ochtendung,sehr guter Asphalt,viel befahren mit Skatern und Fahrrädern am Wochenende
