I don't know if the route is right because I can't find te following places:

De'an between Pu'er and Zhenyuan
Baishutai between Tiger Leaping Gorge and Shangari-la
Shangari-la (before called Zhongdian and in some maps also Degen though Degen is considered to be located about 100 km north of Shangari-la.

The journey has been done in July 2008 and took about 4 weeks.
