About This Route

Zuerst führt die Tour flach bis nach Sierre/Chippis.Von hier bis nach Vercorin heisst es ca. 1Stunde lang kräftig in die Pedalen zu treten.In der sympathischen Winterstation angelangt heisst es nun ca.20 Minuten die Abfahrt nach Grone unfallfrei hinter sich zu bringen.Teilweise ist die geteerte Strasse doch ziemlich holprig.Vorsicht ist geboten!In grone angekommen durchqueren wir das Rhonetal und schon bald beginnt die Steigung hinauf nach Lens.Anfangs hat es einige Rampen,die Strasse ist dann aber schön regelmässig ansteigend.Lens ein kleines Dorf mit wirklich schönen Gassen und sehenswerten Platzgestaltungen.Gleich danach beginnt die Abfahrt bis hinunter nach Sierre,wo doch teilweise ein hohes Tempo erreicht wird.Von Sierre bis nach Lalden hofft man gerne auf Mitwind um gemütlich die verbleibenden Kilometer zu geniessen.
