Itinerario ciclistico di 63 Km che parte da Lanusei (altezza 700 metri) a Barisardo (livello del mare) per salire a Jerzu, fare la valle del Pardu, scendendo poi nel fondovalle e poi risalire fino ai 900 metri della cantoniera Sarcerei, quindi si ridiscende verso Lanusei. Strada asfaltata, pratcamente senza traffico, ottimo per bici da corsa e per cicloturismo. Si attraversano piccoli centri abitati, a Jerzu l'itinerario passa per la ciconvallazione.
