Die Tour startet und endet am Bahnhof Weilburg. Die Route verläuft entlang der Lahn über Ahausen nach Löhnberg. Ab Löhnberg führt der Radweg Kallenbachtal in den Westerwald zum Seeweiher. Die Rückfahrt vom Seeweiher erfolgt über eine Teilstrecke des Kerkerbachradwegs, dann über Merenberg in den Weilburger Ortsteil Waldhausen und über Stadtstraßen zum Ausgangspunkt Bahnhof.
