About This Route

Oggi ammiriamo alcuni autentici pezzi del Muro nella “Topografia del terrore”, centro di documentazione del terzo Reich ospitato nella sede della Gestapo e della SS. Raggiungiamo poi Check Point Charlie e il Museo Ebraico, dolorose testimonianze di un passato non ancora remoto. Pedalando raggiungiamo gli ultimi 1300 metri di muro rimasti, diventati oggi grazie ai murales di artisti di tutto il mondo una vera galleria d’arte all’aperto, la East Side Gallery.  Infine un giro per i canali del multietnico quartiere di Kreuzberg, sfiorando l’ex aeroporto di Tempelhof.<br />
