Asphaltroute durch Pinienwald parallel zum Meer, dann schroffer Anstieg in die Dünenlandschaft Richtun Bias und über den Dünenkamm bei herrlicher Fernsicht nach Mimizan-Plage zurück, dort an Papierfabrik vorbei und Richtung Golfplatz vorher links über Asphaltradweg in die Dünenlandschaft bei nochmaligen kurzen aber knackigen Anstiegen und Abfahrten zurück in den Ort (Nordufer) entlang der Küstenstraße (sehr zu empfehlen morgens um 8.00 Uhr wegen der herrlichen Luft und Aussicht)
