Longer loop with a fair degree of difficulty in regards to traffic (see Portland St, Dartmouth and the transition of highway 107 to Highway 7 and eventually Main St, Dartmouth), rolling hills (along Mineville Rd), and a late-in-loop, endurance building (or busting?) incline (pretty much all of Highway 7.) Really great vista coming over the hill and seeing Lawrencetown Beach for the first time and you get to experience some of HRM's lesser-heralded, yet totally picturesque communities one the way back along Highway 7. If you're looking to expand your average weekly distance, or if you're looking to make 60+km your typical ride length, this is a pretty fair route to help you meet your goals.
