About This Route

Depart Schoenberg, via the Montessori school (leave the school on your right) then straight on to Altkoenigstift (elderly Home). Keep always going straight till you reach the Koenigsteinerstrasse, cross and again keep going in a straight direction towards the Frankfurt International School or An der Waldlust. You are in Oberursel now. Go to the main road (Hohemarkstrasse) cross the road and S-Bahn way, then keep going straight, you'll soon pass a Tierheim (dog shelter) on your right, always go straight you will go under the B-455 road, then follow direction Forellengut but leave that on your left and keep going straight all the way to Saalburg. In Saalburg follow Herzberg, until 'Parkplatz Herzberg'. Then keep driving to Herzberg (restaurant) where you deserve a nice break. Don't eat a big Schnitzel, you are not done :-) Now you pass over the Rosskopf, very steep, then follow signs to Sandplacken. In Sandplacken find signs to Fuchstanz which is about 4 km, heavy work is done, enjoy the scenery to Fuchstanz (this is another nice restaurant, chance for a schnitzel(!) or something else before you start with an easy downhill ride back to Kronberg.
