About This Route

Die Strecke eignet sich für gemütliche Freizeitradler oder Sportler, die im Frühjahrstraining noch nicht zu viele Höhenmeter bewältigen möchten.

Die Route führt durchwegs über Radstreifen, Radwege und ländliche Strassen vom westlichen Zipfel des Thurgaus durch das östliche Zürcher Unterland. Die Gegend ist beschaulich ländlich. Die Fahrt ist entlang kleinen Dörfern mit Fachwerkhäusern auf einem eher flachen Parcours gewählt. Eingebaute Steigungen sind durchwegs im tiefen Prozentbereich anzusiedeln. Anstatt meiner Heimadresse kann als Startort der Marktplatz von Frauenfeld (Hauptstadt des Kantons Thurgau) gewählt werden.
