Rundweg von Cochem linke Moselseite Moselabwärts nach Treis-Karden, dort auf die rechte Moselseite wieder Moselaufwärts, beim Schwimmbad links halten (nicht Valwiger Berg) Richtung Kloster Maria Engelport. Leichte Steigung bis zum Kloster, dann rechts Richtung Bruttig-Fankel. Jetzt geht es 4 km Bergauf, ca. ein km oben auf dem Berg, dann Serpentinenabfahrt nach Bruttig-Fankel. Wieder auf die linke Moselseite, Moselabwärts zurück nach Cochem.
