About This Route

Um percurso maioritariamente plano com início na Praia da Rocha, Portimão para depois atravessar toda a zona ribeirinha segue em direção a Monchique. No Rasmalho, seguindo a direção da Senhora do Verde onde poderá apreciar a zona rural do concelho de Portimão. Partirá em em direção ao Autódromo de Portimão para entrar em ligeiro sobe e desce que terminará em estrada mais estreita onde o piso não está em tão boas condições. Já de volta à costa irá rolar até à Ribeira de Arão e circundando a baía de Alvor regressará ao ponto onde começou – a Praia da Rocha.
