Un percorso circolare che, partendo dal Parco Ducos di Brescia, abbraccia i comuni di Brescia, Rezzato, Castenedolo, Montirone e Poncarale. Si attraversa il Parco del Montenetto, poi da Capriano del Colle a Castel Mella si segue la ciclabile sul fiume.Lasciata la ciclabile si passa per Fornaci e si rientra a Parco Ducos. Sono i territori di Re Rotari, Duca di Brescia e, dal 636 al 652, Re dei Longobardi e Re d’Italia. Il ducato di Brescia fu uno dei ducati più importanti del Regno Longobardo.
