Komplettumrundung als Tagestour.  Start in Wyk. Erst 8 km am Wasser entlang, dann weitere. 8 km auf der Landseite am Deich. Dann geht es ins Innere der Insel durch die Dörfer mit mehrmaligen Wechsel an die Küste. Im letzten Abschnitt geht es durch den schönen Ort Nieblum weiter zurück nach Wyk. Die Fahrtrichtung abwegen wegen Wind und Wetterlage.
