Die kurze Tour führt einmal rund um die waldreiche Wingst. Die Wege sind größtenteils straßenbegleitende Radwege und Nebenstraßen. Der Teilabschnitt "Alter Postweg" zwischen Wasserwerk Wingst und NSG Altkehdingen führt über einen befestigten Waldweg. Dieser kann alternativ auch über Wingst Altkhedingen udn Cadenberge Langenstraße auf einen straßenbegleitenden Radweg umfahren werden. Der Teilabschnitt am Balksee führt ebenfalls über befestigte Wirtschaftswege im Naturschutzgebiet Balksee und Randmoore.
